Does anyone have the PSE Fang or have any knowledge about them? I am going to look at a used Wicked Ridge Invader this evening. A coworker was telling me about his new PSE Fang. I could get the Fang brand new for less than the Invader. I don't know anything about PSE crossbow quality. I know Wicked Ridge makes a good bow. I had the Warrior for the last two seasons but had to sell it this spring.

PSE is a good company that stands behind their products . With that being said the Fang is made in China. That may or may not bother you.

I've been doing a lot of reading on the Fang. Seems like the scope is very cheap on them. I'm going to look at the Invader after work today. As long as its in good shape I'll get it.

Almost all crossbows come with an inferior scope bundled with it, whichever one you choose. Whatever crossbow you choose I'd suggest eventually upgrading the scope to some form of hawke optic. The nicer ones have an adjustable speed dial which allows you to set your different dots/ crosshairs for 20,30,40,50 yards just like your regular bow setup

I was thinking the other day, if I came over to shoot a turkey or deer what would I use.
I think I would be happiest with a crossbow, so what would I buy.
For me there only is two because I'm into simplicity.

Excal Matrix 330 and Ten Point Titan Extreme in my stable. Both are very accurate, decent price, great quality. I can honestly recommend anything from either company. Very content with both. I second the Hawke scopes and also the TP Pro View scopes. The TP Range Master scope has all great reviews too.

new PSE Fang, on sale for $329.99, and then get 20% off that which drops it to $263.99, read about the scope, and here you guys like the Hawk brand. Which XB scope you guys talking about?
Also will the ten point accu draw cocking device work on this crossbow?

I have a PSE Fang. I have only practice with it, but I REALLY like it. The scope is rather cheap, but it works just fine. The Fang shoots FAST and I have my 2 straw bales to back it and it usually goes right through the first after flying through my target (cheap styrofoam target). Personally, for a starter bow I don't think you can beat it. The scope will definitely be upgraded for me sometime in the near future.
