I was thinking about mixing some maple syrup with some acorns. Think the deer would eat it?

I was thinking about mixing some maple syrup with some acorns. Think the deer would eat it? I think it would be a waste of good maple syrup :-) Deer already eat acorns!

When I put out my trail cam this year, i had drilled holes in my salt block an filled them with maple syrup the deer loved it.
Or what you could do is use a bit of apple juice just enough to get them wet then use about, 1/2 can of salt on them shake well coat them all.. I did that with corn this year an they ate it up.. $4 dollar bag at rural king.

Some good ideas. I was just looking for a way to maybe help attract them to the acorns.
