The land next to my mine doesn't cut their grass in around 15ac. This is where my friend saw the pheasant posted earlier this year. I'd like to take a walk through it.

No kidding, I luckily saw a pair this spring driving down a rarely traveled road. It was neat to see but a reminder of one species I feel we've failed to keep abundant. We're going to try the brush pile technique here on grandpa's farm this fall; along with some much needed predator control. |
