I can't imagine what it's like being in a car like that when things happen so quickly. They do seem to be lifting when they get turned.

I cant tell you what a Indy Car is like. But I know what a 100 plus mph sprint car barrel roll is like. It only hurts when it hits the ground. Lol

Way to go Brian Clauson on making the 500. That's one for us sprint car drivers. Make us proud next Sunday.

Another huge hit today at Speedway. This time looked to be a mechanical problem.

Horn: which is worse a barrel rolls or a nose to tail flips?

Nose to tail. Will beat you to death. Or hurt you very badly. The car digs in. Taking way more air time. Which usually ends up in more flips and harder hits. With Barrel rolls most of the time the new containment seat hold you very tight. The shoulder and head supports have you confined. As with nose to tail. Your car is throwing you against the belts away from seat or snapping your head back against the seat. As I always joke when people ask about a crash I always tell them "it only hurts when it hits the ground". And it always sounds like a cash register when it does. Lol
