You asked me to clarify on what brought me to the impression that coyote hunting wasnt permitted. When reading through the types of hunting allowed from the website, it mention most all available hunting with the exception of coyote hunting.

Ok. That makes sense. Due to the amount of space and realizing that people are not going to scroll page after page (typically) they listed the most popular hunting activities but not necessarily all the activities. Let me know if you have any other questions.
