Has the deer herd recovered from the effects of EHD in Crawford and Orange counties?

I seen less deer this year than any other year, I think it has more to do with the HIGH doe limit than with EHD. Several hunters think because theres a 8 doe limit thats what they should shoot.

I would bet the percentage of hunters taking 8 does is minuscule. Heck I'll bet even 3 does in a season puts one well in the minority.
