Made this glass call last week to have an option with a little less rasp than bronze glass. Was so happy how it turned out that I thought about keeping it, but decided to let it go. Cool thing about the walnut is that its been sitting in a barn down the road from my house for 50 years at least. It's going to have a Cherry/Redheart sister next week.

I do sell them. I started making strikers in 2001 and calls in 2002. Really got serious about it in 2003. I still turn several from January-April, but would rather spend the rest of my free time with my kids. I make glass, bronze glass, crystal, ceramic, copper and a few slates. Mostly domestic woods and laminates, but some exotics too. Here is a link to what I have finished: www.kaiserkalls.com/Available.htm

How about strickers do you sell them I do turn one piece strikers out if a couple of woods. Been making a bunch of puke heart and zebrawood for a couple of other call makers that like the design, but don't want to copy it. Besides those two woods, I have a few others that I male.

Love the lamination..nice looking call! I made a blank the other day out of Cherry/redheart. I have a friend that uses paduak and walnut for a ceramic call. Although different woods, the calls came out looking very similar. I sent him pictures of this one and he said it didn't bother him, but they are a little too similar for me. Probably won't use the walnut/redheart like this again.
