Apparently this cat wasn't scared of us as he let us take 9 pics and never did jump! This encounter happened while we were hunting our dogs. And no the dogs did not tree him. We were walking into the dogs that were already treed and my son spotted the bobcat. We walked up to him very slowly expecting him to bail...but he never did. He seemed to be curious about us and that was the neatest part of it all! A memory I will always cherish!

Larry-you still running the south end of the county??? The DNR FB page had reported on one that they helped release from a trap in Tipp county-found out later that it was released down off 800S....if that's the area you were in it could very possibly be the same one?!?

A friend of mine had trapped 3 in 10 days. That was about a week ago and I have seen a couple of more videos since then. They're everywhere.

Great Pictures. The Bobcat breeding season occurs during the winter, so they are more likely to be out moving during the winter months.
