Well we made it to MO. Decided to put decoys out in the dark, but I made a wrong turn. Well the road I turned on was a mud road. Two of the three trucks, stuck in the road. I had to let my truck cool off. We were able to push one out. So I called the only other person I knew out here, the farmer who is letting us hunt in his field. He got a good laugh at us. Looking good. And yes, I was using a GPS.

At least the farmer is having a good laugh about it. Around here it wouldn't have been a laugh.

You guys should have some birds today. I saw the forecast was 60* with S winds 15-25mph.

Boys, I have been out there where these guys are and that is gumbo at its best. The only logical reason for this misfortune is;(1) Tim had those green sunglasses on(2) he had the big cigar lit and it got in his line of vision(3) or he was trusting to much in his instruments and a strange magnetic field occurred and threw everybody off course. Remember this out in the middle of nowhere, so any thing is possible. From the looks of it, my nephew isn't doing a very good job at pushing. Jeff, the farmer isn't laughing at the situation, they more than likely gave him 10.00 to do that so to fool us back here.

Kevin, remember what your gps says when you turn it on about not relying on this a your primary navigation......... LOL From talking to you earlier you guys were off to a rocky start, but that had changed!!! Keep smackin' em boys. P.S. strap for dinner again tonight at my house!

I would blame it on the GPS, Tim would drive right off the road all the time if he didn't have a GPS to tell him to stay on it most of the time.
