But, I'll admit that it sure didn't start well. Shortly after shooting light, we had a flock of mallards come in on us. Just like clockwork. So, I unloaded on 'em...never knicked a feather! I will say though, it sure felt good to pull the triggger on 'em! As the morning went on the shootin' got better. Had a first here. Three shots. Three down. A mallard and 2 gadwalls. Twas an excellent way to end the morning.

Nice Larry!!! Where were you at? This was in LaPorte, Indiana. We try to hunt the farm a few times a year with Thanksgiving being a traditional outing but that didn't work out this year.
