Get a tote you keep your travel gear in. Alarm clock, toiletries, canned food, coffee...you get the drift. That way you can just grab it and go. As far as hunting stuff goes sounds like you got it covered.
When I go on a trip I start with the important stuff. Clothes for the weather or potential weather (coats, thermals, waders, bibs), gun, ammo, blinds, dog, calls, dekes, food/drinks. Never fails I forget all kinds of crap too but that is my mental check each trip before I climb in for the hunt.

what is face pain? Looking the mirror and gasping for breath when what you see belongs to you.

Chap stick, soft sided gun case, sling, bird carrier, gloves, snacks, drinks in bottles (cans seem to tip in blind), take out your plug (no shell restriction), sun block, gun cleaning supplies, coolers, trash bags, knives, side snips, billed hats, flash light...
Take your calls, its always fun to mess with the pintails and mallards in the evening.
If I think of anything else I'll email you.

Are you using a guide or doing it yourself? I know a lot of the guides out there.
