I was inspired by a few recent posts, so I thought I would look back on my waterfowl season this year. 
It was a very different year for me personally, with going to Canada, and the networking that we really did this year with new people! The year started out well in the early goose season, I got a last minute invitation to hunt with Kyle and friends for the opening day and it ended up being a real banner day!!! 40 birds for 8 guys and we filmed the hunt!
I hunted local here with my buddy J.B. and had some good success, also Paul got to get out with us once in the early season and we filmed a local hunt
I got out once with Kevin Smith and River City Outfitters in the early goose season and filmed a hunt.
From there I went on a trip with fellow prostaffers to Sask. Canada and we had a great time, killing 274 birds for the week, and I filmed half of the hunts and so only got to shoot on half of the hunts.
When I got back from Canada, I had the privilege of going and filming a youth waterfowl hunt. That was great!
I had the opportunity to meet alot of new people and travel around for the regular season and hunt/film! Not every trip out was successful as far as game killed, but everyone was successful for meeting new friends and establishing lasting friendships!
We've had some mixed success in the late Feb. goose season, although we have had a great time!!!
And we've got 1 more hunt left till season is over!!! Hopefully it will be a great finish!! Thanks to all for a great season!! ;D
