It's almost here! Our 19th annual wood duck box build!!! This event is held on Feb. 16 at Comfort Homes, located at the corner of Burkhardt and Morgan Avenue on Evansville's East Side (1984 N. Burkhardt Rd). We will start building wood duck boxes, bluebird boxes and goose nesting tubes at 8 a.m. Those willing to help with the assembly and/or provide material will get first rights to the boxes (the nesting tubes are for the organization to put up and observe for usage frequency and effectiveness). All you need to bring is a cordless drill (with extra batteries/charger), a hammer and a jig saw (if you have one).
