Here's a recipe about as simple as it gets. As we were at my wife's parents this weekend, I traded some deer loin for fresh leek, onion and cabbage from his garden. For dinner tonight, my wife threw together a quick meal. She simply chopped up the leek, onion and cabbage and sautéed it in a bit of olive oil along with some chopped deer loin! Simple, fresh, healthy and delicious!
