I`m new to the site, and just got my new Wicked Ridge Crossbow. I can`t wait to get out with it, and zero the scope and get it ready for early archery season. I`ll be shooting Ten Point carbon bolts with NAP 100 grain Spitfires. I think this will be a dynamite setup.

Thank you. I bought the setup based on listening to the opinions of many on this forum. I wanted to go with a Ten Point bow, but went with Wicked Ridge due to financial factors, plus, based on what I heard here, it doesn`t sound like I`m sacrificing much going with Wicked Ridge.

Yes it is , I went to Bps and shot them all , thought going in I wanted an Excalibur but after shooting all brands I was most accurate with the invader that we took out of the box to assemble and shoot . I shot 6 bullseye in a row ! Sold and I stayed within my budget.

I`ve yet to put mine together, I`m not very mechanical. Was the assembly difficult?

They are very easy to put together I have an Invader as my back up. I have had mine for 4 years now and have not had a single issue with it.. Get you a good target to shoot into such as the Rinehart 18-1. A good target is a must or you will be tearing up fletching .

Thank you again. I assembled it with the video, and I hope it`s together properly. As I said, I`m not a very mechanical guy. It seems pretty straightforward, but I can always find a way to mess stuff up during assembly. I might see if I can get a buddy, or even Gander Mountain to check the assembly to make sure it`s right before I even try to cock the bow.
It`s exciting to see it together, and hopefully it`s ready to go dial in.

Sweet bow!
Still over my budget.
Bought a Barnett Jackal last year, after I dropped my first deer with a SA Sports recurve. For as accurate as my Jackal is I could only imagine the accuracy of that bow!
Good luck this year!
