Nice pic! What are you calling the difference between the Richardson and the lesser? And when you say lesser do you mean Hutchinson's?

When I say "lesser" I'm using that as a general term for any goose that weighs under seven pounds. Hutchies are actually smaller than Richies,not by much but enough to where you can tell visually. Color has alot to do with Identification.

The book I use for the different subs list 12 different ones, but it is getting some age to it. I have heard many argue that a cack, and a hutch is the samething. Just depends on their location as to what they are called.
Kevin, does the guy from NC have any kind of link to his info about IDing the different sub. I have alway found this stuff interesting.
