Nope, I'm a procrastinator and love to wait until the last minute before purchasing mine. Then I try my best to lose it, despite precautionary measure to avoid mishaps.

I've called six different Post Office locations and none had the stamps yet.

SORRY I guess I should have said that I got mine direct by calling the United States Post Office at 1800 782-7624 they will issue you a customer ID# that you refer to every year when you order. I collect them and since the introduction of the self adhesive stamps the moisture activated ones are hard to find unless you like driving around a lot. When you order them direct they come to you within a 3 days with a collector hard card,saves a lot of hassles.
On a side note the HIP CARD #'S will not be available till after August 1st.

I know what the H.I.P number is , But what is a H.I.P card and where do you get them ?

When they were first introduced the Harvest Information Program they didn't use a toll free number they would send you a card that you could use to keep track of your harvest and then return it via U.S. mail. I am from the Old School and it's hard to break habits.
