It's a 14 seaclass. Had it in solid three footers today without any problems.

uglyduckling, I have a chance to buy a used 14 ft. TDB w/a 15 hp Merc. It is not the Sea Class mdl. IYO would this boat still be safe in say...the freshwater reservoirs around here in IN? I have been in a 14 ft. Big Jon (19-20" dp and ~5 ft.wide) and it was almost a disaster. Thanks for any help from anyone. Sorry if I hijacked this thread.

Bandit, you will be very pleased with that purchase but I would upgrade on the hp. There is not much difference in the models. It will be much safer that the jon. Kevin
