Well, finally got out and had my first duck hunt of the season, and went with my oldest son , Hunter who is 12 years old, went with my brother and his son.
Not much flying down here , hunted the wabash river and my son had a shot at 2 divers that came threw the decoys, he missed, but he was the only one to fire a shot . Nice to be able to get out and hunt, very sore today though, takin it easy and takin some pain pills to help out.
Hopefully we will get some birds down here if you guys up North don't shoot them all.
I really would like to take my son Hunter on a good goose hunt, I want him to see the big boys come in. I may have to see about some of the guys up North to what they charge for a good , in your face goose hunt, not just for me, but for my son.
