Another decent day on the river,, took this gent along with me.. He is from Michigan,, and the season is closed up there now....The one goose is world record size,,Really,, it was huge,, biggest goose I have ever handled.  . 4 geese and 3 ducks for the morning     |

Nice size goose. I am going out for the first time in the morning, going to try and smack some on the river.

I didn't weigh him,, but he was so BIG I cant believe he wasn't wearing 4 bands,, 2 collars,, and a set of hand-cuffs... JUST HUGE!!!! ;D ;D ;D

You gotta let them girls fly man, especially the divin' ducks, they need all the help they can get. Sure is a purdy hen redhead though....

I know what ya mean about the hen's,, but its part of the job... I cant just yell out,, DONT SHOOT HER!!! Thanks for the ID though,, cause I had no idea...
The Ruddy was awesome,, first one I have ever seen.. He would be at the taxi also had I shot him... Those rust colored feathers on his back were AWESOME!!!!

I shot a ruddy last year that was an absolute perfect specimen, i'm still kicking myself for not taking it in for a mount.
