Actually, not any county. Some aren't available and some only offer "basic" level. For those counties that are available in full mode, it's an awesome resource! The property lines can't be totally trusted, I know because one of my lines is off some in the Dearborn County map, but they are close enough for research purposes.

If you can't find a county you're looking for, Google "Dearborn Co" or any other county and usually there's a link to some sort of GIS system on the county's homepage.

I see your location is listed as Mooresville. 39 Degrees North covers seventeen counties now, including Morgan and several others nearby. It's free, has plat info, aerials, and topo overlays. Just type in "39 degrees north" and their website will come up and guide you the rest of the way.

Yeah, I don't mind a bit advertising for someone who [provides a useful service....especially at my favorite price 8^).
Now if you could just talk your step-dad into adding a toggle feature to show the locations in the DMS that everybody else and all our GPS's use, it would be even better. I'd pay twice as much for that.

39 DN is going to lose a lot of potential users by using the Adobe Flash...iPad/iPhone market is left out. That's a mighty big market!

I've got an App on my IPhone, eGIS39*North (I'm assuming this is the same thing) that works without a problem...I sure hope they don't change it! |
