I have just ordered a plow for my 4x4, so chances are that it will never snow again.

That's usually how it goes! Maybe it will snow down here in the southern part of the state, so I can use mine

My plows are hanging off the front of trucks and cost a little than a plow on a 4 wheeler. We like are jobs a lot bigger!

It's kind of like using a chainsaw. Plowing is fun for about the first 30 minutes, then it becomes work.

That is my exact plan this summer. I figure my tiller only sees action a time or two each year so there is no reason not to have a snow blower.

I hope ya have better luck than me with that plan my friend! I bought this snowblower last summer at a garage sale. It wasn't running but I gambled on some "fix it up and use a lil J-B Weld skills." Got it for $40 and told my wife...there we go...won't have any snow now! Plan didn't work. But I will say it sure has paid for itself!

Pay for itself or collect dust for lack of snow to blow, I think I will be fine with either one at this point.

Wooooohoooooo! I have to confess that I was hoping for the snow. I plowed for 4 hours yesterday. I live on a court and did the street and 7 driveways. It was fun! I just can't shovel now, but it didn't hurt me to ride the quad.

Enough time spent pushing snow for me, I have too much other work to do ;-) Dennis - did you manage to get any geese this year?

I wasn't allowed to shoot for much of the season, so I took up ice fishing and LOVED it. I have a little boat now, so I'm hoping to do a lot of fishing this year. However, I can't wait for turkey season. I saw a big flock of them this weekend on the way home from fishing. Here turkey turkey ...this is how the call goes, isn't it? ;-)

It was a good year to take up ice fishing! I got out about a half a dozen times and did some pass-through shooting waterfowling. I ended the season with 7 Canadas and 3 mallards. Not bad for the effort I put into it. I really need to get some decoys and start hunting fields. The fields behind my house were loaded with waterfowl several times this year.

I'd say that's not bad at all. I would have been happy with it. I've got some decoys that you can use anytime, but they're all ducks. I never got around to buying goose decoys. I guess my ice fishing will be over for this season after this week. I'd sure like to fish often this spring. My mom likes to fish too, so I'll get her out there. I told her that she'd have to buy her own pole though. :-)

I guess that's fair, as long as you bait her hook and take her fish off for her ;-) Maybe next year you can bring the decoys out and we'll hunt the field together. I dropped a coyote a couple of weeks ago behind my house that came into my goose carcus pile :-) I had to take my daughter to school, and she was screwing around running late. I looked out the back door while I was waiting on her and there was a coyote just across the creek. I ran back and grabbed a rifle out of the safe, ran upstairs, found him in the scope, and POW!!! He ran in circles a couple of times, then ran about 10 feet and dropped. It was probably only a 90-100 yd shot. Then I had to throw the rifle back in the safe, jump in the car, and get my daughter to school.
