Anybody seeing many divers on the lakes in Northern Indiana? We've been taking a few in the flooded fields...bluebills and redheads have fallen already, as well as some ringers (which I consider to be as much a marsh duck as diver).

I don't usually see Cans or Bluebills down here until its cold enough to freeze the balls off a pool table.

Supermag,
Very likely the same birds. You've got a number of unhuntable lakes in your area...any birds on them now? I figure pressure would push local birds onto those.

Do Coots count?? ;D
I got excited on one of my scouting adventures today until I glassed them and realized they are Coots. Almost 350 Coots. Is that rediculous or what.
Let the temperatures drop!!
