Well I went ahead and purchase the map for IN. So far so good. It's pretty accurate for the land owners that I knows around where I live. I think it will do what I want it to do. Find the names of land owners so that I can make first contact with them to seek permission to hunt coyotes on their farms.

Everything they offer is freely available either from Indiana map or the specific counties GIS website.

Everything they offer is freely available either from Indiana map or the specific counties GIS website. While that might be true I'm not so sure I can put that information on my GPS and use it like the Card that I purchased.
I'm not that computer savvy.
