I wanted to get some input on a consolidated license that would allow you to hunt, fish and trap. It would be just like the youth license except for adults, my thinking is it allows the all season sportsperson to take advantage of every opportunity Indiana has to offer. As far as cost keep it around 40-60 bucks. What do you all think as far as deer hunting with such a license.

I would think it would be more expensive than that if it was offered

I would think it would be more expensive than that if it was offered A LOT more expensive than that! I had suggested to the DNR that they have a "Sportsman's License" that would be like the lifetime license only on a yearly basis at what cost they thought appropriate. I guess the best that they could do was the "bundle". I still think that the bundle should be two antlerless tags and one either sex.

[/quote] Woody, This year you could take 3 antlerless deer with the bundle if you wanted. How many deer can I harvest with a deer license bundle? This license includes privileges to harvest 2 antlerless deer and 1 antlered deer or 3 antlerless deer. The bundle cannot be used in an urban deer zone to satisfy urban deer zone bag limit DNR- Deer Facts

I had pushed for that and completely forgot that they OKed it.

Yep I was glad to see it changed. Being from IL I love the either sex tags. They don't handcuff a guy who is maybe just trying to fill his freezer or take some does off his property.
