So here is a question from someone who doesn't know a lot about waterfowl. I saw 2 guys at the ramp on Geist (I live across the street and 1/4 mile from the main ramp) in a john boat with blinds on either side wearing full camo coming off on a day of an EXCELLENT waterfowl day as far as weather. I can only assume they were hunting. But there are tons of houses on Geist… Is it legal to hunt there. TONS of waterfowl land on there but I never thought it would be legal?

Brian Bosma and Ginny Cain shut down waterfowl hunting on Geist several years back. It was bogus claim on safety yet the drunks and jet skiers have created 100% of the safety issues. Never a documented case of home damage or injury due to duck hunters. Yea I still get a bad taste in my mouth thinking about that blow to hunters at the hands of Republican politicians. I hope the waterfowl crap all over the yards of those stuck up rich folk. 90% of Indiana's lakes are dense with houses and still allow hunting.
They may have been photographers
