Went out this morning to get some birds. First off, it's raining cats and dogs. While we were out hunting the back water, the level rose 6+ inches in 3 1/2 hours. The road we came in on, which was the only way out had rushing water about 18" deep crossing it in 3 different places. Little nervous getting out. It wasn't a total wash. Not a whole lot flying in this rain and the cloud deck was low, but managed to bring home 3 birds. Everything has been froze up, now we are all flooded out. Going after them again in the morning.
