And they are geo-cacher's.  Helped my wife restoring a cemetery today with a group of geocachers from around the state. One drove to Pittsboro from Ft. Wayne, a couple others came down from Wabash and Monticello. Listening to them talk I was thinking that about the only way you guys have them beat is you all get up much earlier in the day! ;D I think there's a couple of cross-breeds on this forum though!!! |

I'm always on the hunt. Geo-cache is always in season, and it's done around the world.

Dan some of the caches are kinda crazy or hard to get to but those are the fun ones.
Geocaching is a where people hide stuff just about everywhere, state forest, city parks, parking lots wherever. And then post up the coordinates on a website (geocahing.com) and you use your GPS to go find it. Fun to do when hunting season is closed.

What the heck is geo-cache ?? I used your GPS to find a dokken geocache, but I was unable to locate it, BUT YOU DID!!! I've never done it, but I've heard its a lot of fun. |

I have stumbled accross a few hiding spots while trapping and messing around the river back home, first time I thought it was something wierd, cult like, second time I found one I knew it was...
I don't own a GPS but I bet it would be fun when my kids get a bit older.
