Don't know if anyone has seen this. But I got it as a free test from Suff Stuff and this is my review.
The video is: Deer Dummy follow the bone
I am a beginner who has not yet processed my own deer. The instruction were very general and I wish they were more specific. The guy in the video doing the cutting can be seen talking and explaining stuff but you can't hear him only the narration. I would recommend this video as they seem to know what they were doing and did make short work of the deer and might have some good pointers or techniques for the more experienced.
Maybe some tips or tricks on it.

There are several videos on youtube that give you a pretty good idea of what to do. My suggestion to you is get yourself 2 or more quality sturdy knives, good freezer bags and if you are serious about doing it yourself a decent meat grinder. Just follow the bones removing the meat then when your at the sink you can decide what to grind and what to set aside for steaks and roasts. OR........you might want to take it to a meat processor and have them do it for you however I would recommend re wrapping the meat just to make sure know what cuts you have. Doing your own processing is a long process however it's very rewarding when you eat something you killed, processed and cooked yourself,GOOD LUCK.

Google Thescottreaproject and watch his video of butchering a deer. The deer he does is a roebuck, so it is smaller than most whitetails, but the anatomy and procedure are the same. He does some things I don't, but his video and instructions are very good IMO. His other videos are good too.
