I've have been bowfishing for a little while at night a got a 14 jon boat with a 6 lights works decent enough and was wondering if there was anyone in the northeast side of the Indiana around Fort Wayne and was curious if any one was around this area and had some lakes or tips for fishing around here anything would be greatly appreciated being a "noob" im always open for new info  |

best advice a guy like me can give you. GET A BIGGER BOAT! it does not take that much extra weight to overload a 14 foot boat by the time you have the lights genny batteries and so on. not counting the fish you are putting in it. we sank a much bigger boat this year due to overloading it with fish. lucky for us all we lost was the boat and our pride. 14 foot jon boats are just way too small to bowfish off of.
