3 of us went out this mornin to a wheat field that we just found birds in last night about..mmmmmm.... 2 minutes before they flew back to roost. Set up the dynospread  (12 bigfoots, 20 F.A. ) fullbodies and let them do work! Ended up killin 12 ... if one of our buddies coulda kept his head out of his...... whatver it was in... woulda had our 15 in no time.. but either way... we still grinded em pretty hardcore and had a blast doin it. ALMOST made it out before the rain.... |

ha ha he not comin kyle... but the other one is ( that can shoot). as far as pics.... i dont even have a disposable camera today let alone a digital camera.. im a few steps behind... Tomorrow is lookin like decent chances to bang a few birds... but man ive been screwed too many times this year to get too excited.... BTW.... my new foiles... best call ive ever blown... never thought id say that after ownin the Double G for few years..

8 geese ... 2 teal this mornin.... man those greenies can moooooooooooooveee!! good time... probably saw 2- 300 geese total. watched 6-7 smaller flocks totalling up to 100 birds maybe dump in a hay/corn silage line... wonder where ill go tomorrow....  ? P.S. making 2 trips @ about 200 yards .. in nasty mud/water with no hands free to swat mosquitos = stupid!! |

some reason.... the birds were back in the wheat field from yesterday when i scouted them tonight..... gonna mix up the spread a bit and try it again tomorrow... normally i wouldnt burn a field... but tomorrow is it for me this early season except maybe an evenin huntin durin the week somewhere ... but i got other ground... lettin another group hunt the silage/hay line... they have only killed 4 all year and they dont know i found another 100 or so just up the road in another silage spot where i goin tomorrow night... good luck guys!!!! |
