Latest I heard suggests that it might not have been an undercover officer .... the he might have been an actual member of the bike "gang" and did nothing for fear of disciplinary action by the department.
Interested to see what the real story is on that one .....
If he was undercover I can possibly give him a pass depending on what his actual mission was. If he was just a member of the gang and was worried he would get his hand slapped by the department because of his involvement with the gang I would say fire him and find something, anything, to charge him with.
