Just throwing this out there, don't know a lot about them but a buddy has one an hes told me that their customer service was good. So I bought one for my pup. after a couple days the collar wasn't fully charging. called them up emailed copy of proof of purchase an a new unit is on the way, no charge free shipping both ways.
