Early arrivers can hunt doves if they like. Be sure to keep safety in mind. Probably the grain bins in site of the camp will be a good spot.
We tried to secure access to the rifle range down the street from camp but it did not happen. I will try and find an alternate loction that will not effect any hunting spots to shoot a few rounds. But it might be wise to be prepared with your youth for no shooting on Friday.
I also need a volunteer to hold a shot placement seminar after dark on Friday. I'll doit if I'm able to be there. Still not sure. I'll have the needed props there and a decoy to use for the demonstration.
Anyone that doesn't have a tent or camper make sure you bring a sleeping bag and pillow and arrive as early as possible to claim a bed in the campers or motorhome. Plus they may need a bit of clean up before use.
If anyone has special needs or needs to borrow any hunting item, please let us know as soon as possible via pm.
