I was able to download Trimble GPS Hunt Pro. $4.99 but it looks like a great app!
Metamora it looks it has the same features you were talking about for the deer trailing and stand marks you can make. Can wait to use it!

Ahhh....gotcha! Still trying to learn how to do the mapping. I move the red highlighted box to where I want the map but it doesn't show up exactly how I want it. Im sure I am doing something wrong though.

I really like the Motion X GPS app. I took it to my property yesterday and had it mark my track as I visited all 5 of my stand sites and set waypoints at them. Really cool! Here is a screen shot of what it looked like when I was done. Total round trip up and down was 1.56 miles.  Just imagine how useful this would be when blood trailing a deer...especially if you have to stop and come back later! |

I my have to have that one myself. I assume you can save maps until you run out of memory?
