Kinds favor #4, myself, but either of the first two would be fine also.
Same thing struck me immediately about the scope on #3. Had enough of those old skinny Weavers, back when. Sure appreciate the big tubes and the 3-9X variable power and duplex reticles.

#1 for me. Had #3 been a kid it would have gotten my vote.
My first game was a squirrl. Dad took me out to grandma's farm and we sighted in the old 514 Remington. We went to the woods and eased through until we spotted one high in a hickory. It was tough shooting for a kid as the leaves were thick and he did not present a good shot. When he finally stopped he was quartering towards me. I steadied on another tree and touched it off when the crosshairs covered his frontend. Bullet went in just inside his shoulder and exited behind the ribs on the other side. Dad helped me gut it out and we headed back.
