I liked reading your comments. I guess they all have been ugly. I'd like to venture down to Martinsville and buy you a cup of coffee at Starbucks before the year is out. I'll be off the rest of the year. My surgery is Wednesday.
I think there are some whom we can't reason with. It's scary to think how close Hitler came to completing his objective. I'm not a huge history buff, but I've lived through enough to remember some.
If anyone thinks that we can reason with Iran, I think they are blind as a bat. What they do is what NK did to us, and we're letting it happen again. The big difference is the radical mentality in the ME. I have friends in the ME, even from Iran, and they seem like they'd be good neighbors to me. However, the radicals rule. Annihilation isn't a deterrent to them. NK doesn't have this same mentality, but they have a weak leader who wants to seem strong. This is a very dangerous situation.
Hey, I never thought that I'd be saying this, but right now France is the only country talking sense with regard to Iran.
I personally think the US is very vulnerable right now.
