I can't say this is fact, but I seen this on a different forum. Might be worth getting to your local store and asking.
September first there will be a 15 percent increase in price.
November first there will be another 15% increase in price.

WOW! Definately worth stocking up. Is this only on steel b/c I know the price of steel is supposed to rise if it hasn't already.
