A woman falls into a coma when she is only 3 months pregnant. She awakens 7 months later to find she has given birth and asks the doctor if her baby is healthy.
Doctor: "Good news! You had twins - a boy and a girl. They're both healthy."
Woman: "I guess need decide on some names."
Doctor: "No need to do that. You're Brother Bubba named them for you."
Woman: "Oh no! My brother is an idiot! What did he name them?"
Doctor: "He named the girl Denise."
Woman: "Oh...that's a nice name. What did he name the boy?"
Doctor: "DeNephew."
Doctor: "Good news! You had twins - a boy and a girl. They're both healthy."
