WHIP?

Good morning Gents. I have a few questions about WHIP! I've heard a few on here talk about it and then saw that the MR(Multifora Rose) was brought up resently. I've got a good amount of that in my woods. I know it might be something that brings deer in to eat it but man it sucks to drag a deer through or even to just walk through my woods. So I'm thinking about getting rid of it or at leasat trying. Have a good sized woods though and the chemicals I looked into getting to do the job aren't cheap. Is this WHIP program something that will help me out with cost or is it just a hastle and not worth getting into? Any one with info on this or someone that's actually used this program care to share some info I would appreciate it.
