So don't we usually see the early season regulations around now?
Anyone have insider info on when they are coming out.?
I for one am expecting the goose season to be similar to the last few years. 1-15th of sept. Limit of 4 or 5 per day.

Don't quote me on this but I heard we were approved for a Feb season in the areas surrounding some of the larger cities. South Bend, Ft Wayne, Terre Haute come to mind. There was one more but can't remember if it was Evansville or Indy. Anyone else hear about this?

Wonder how bad the SJBP zone is gonna bone me this year!!! couldnt hunt geese until Nov. 22 last year... what a crock!! Have quiet a few fields surroundin Big Long Lake and couldnt even hunt them last year. Had a flooded bean field just off the lake about 1/4 mile probably had 3 acres of water... could shoot the ducks!! but not the geese... how dumb!! but yet i can go 2 mile south and bang away!

I heard it from a guy that was at a flyway meeting.....from what I also understand, they may do away with the SJBP and let them be hunted in that area along with the rest of the state. I was talking to another guy and thought that's what I heard. Of course, it's hard to find good sources however I do believe that the Feb season will be a reality.
