Are you sure those geese didnt escape from the trailer you know its getting close and they are itching to get out of there.
Im ready still trying to find some good early season spots ive got a couple places that look pretty good.

Don't everyone start counting the geese before they fall. I did that one year and the 2ft deep creek we crossed to hunt turned into a raging nightmare a few hours later and not one stinking goose flew by. I had a few nice flocks using that pasture that year too!!!
I got my eyes on one small local flock but the place they are looks like it would be good for regular season. I will stop in and ask soon. Other then that small group it is pretty thin over here. I need to expand my scouting loop, or just start scouting...more.

I think that Matt kept a pocket full of those bands from last weekend..... watch for his lanyard to get REALLY shinny, REALLY quick this season!!!!!!

Yeah... It will be amazing how all Matt's bands will be perfectly sequential... The flock that always stayed together he'll tell us but we'll know where he got them

I'll just shave the numbers a little and carve some new ones into it!! ;D Believe me, I wish I could have walked away with that roll of bands! I probably could have too! Oh well, I guess there's always ebay!!!!  |
