Well I stopped by the Greenwood store tonight cuase we were in the area and HH@ said they had some acrylic canada hammer on sale for $35. I don't really have a need for one but thought I would try it out and see what I thought. So I go up to the counter and say, "can I blow that canada hammer please." DFC answers me. " No, that isn't hygenic or something like that. That is it. I offically hate the greenwood GM now. They always seem to not have what I want and their waterfowl selection always sucks. now this.

And if you end up with one, we'll make sure it is tuned properly for you, Sound good? That is poor! How else you going to sell one! They are great calls for only $34.99!

I always keep a bottel of Mi-T-Mist call cleaner in my call bag. The Sportsman in Lafayette uses the same stuff. Some of those calls go for $200 now so you should be able to try them out. To bad, Gander has let me down too.
bggoosekiller: another call? You trying to catch up w/me?

I don't really want another call and I doubt I would have bought it but you don't know unless you try.

Adam, Which lens are you looking at? EFS 100-400 IS, or the L glass? Right now Canon is giving a $100 rebate on certain lenses.

Are you talking about the rebate or a L series 100-400 lens? Yes they have a 100-400L IS lens, it run around $1,400-$1,500 new, check out www.bhphoto.com, and search for it. Awesome lens, what most professionals use, if not the L, the EFS 100-400 IS is a great lens also, it runs around $600 new. Here is the link for the 100-400 L IS lens, www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/162616-USA/Canon_2577A002_100_400mm_f_4_5_5_6L_IS_USM.htmlHere is the link for the EFS 100-300 IS lens, www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/397663-USA/Canon_0345B002_70_300mm_f_4_5_6_EF_IS.html

my bad, I reread what I typed. I mean t to say I didn't think they had a non-L series 100-400 lens. Which they don't just the 70-300. I am wanting the L 100-400. Do you have one of them, I have heard nothing but good about them.

I don't have the 100-400L, I've also heard nothing but good things about them, I have the second lens listed there, the EF 70-300 IS, it is also a great lens, gets most everything I could ever want, but that 400 would ne nice sometimes. If you can swing the price, it is definitely worth the money. The L glass is so clear! What camera are you running? I am running the EOS 30D, it is nice for the high speed photos! I bought the additional grip extension as well, it was almost a must for vertical photos.
