...this morning. I left him at the surgeons last night. Hes getting his left eye and both eyelids operated on. He has entropia BAD in the left eye and slightly in the right. Its unknown wether that caused the cornea ulcer or if it was the other way around. I couldn't care less at this point, I just want him better.
It damn near tore my heart out when the vet tech led him away, he cried and whimpered like no other. I've never heard him do that before.

We'll definitely say a prayer for Cooper. I'm sure he'll get out there better than the first and ready to get in the field

Goodness Josh.... I had no clue he was having problems. It's always tough diagnosing problems with animals, it's not like they can tell symptoms and such. Keep us posted!!!

That sucks to hear that. I hope everything gets worked out alright. I just heard that a friend who has a Chesepeake came home and someone had taken her while he was gone for the weekend.

Thanks for the well wishes fellas. Cooper is back home. He has one of those goofy cone things, looks like he just got a nick & tuck, and is a little drugged up still, but hes happy to be home. He dang near wagged himself over when I walked in the room at the vets......
Tom, tell your buddy I'm real sorry and the benelli's loaded if he needs help.......rotten SOB that done that needs strung up.

Bailey wore a cone this winter. He was always turning into things. Funny stuff watching a dog run into a wall. Hope Cooper is going to be alright.

Vet says in two weeks he'll be better than new. Thats good to hear. Especially now after cooper and my buddies dog going missing and my neighbor stopping by yesterday to inform me someone ran over my wife's little dog in front of our house. It's a shame they didn't stop to tell me
