is anybody going to the fun hunt test they are haveing at crooked creek gun club on june 10. i saw it posted on the refuge and was wandering if anybody on here are going to be there we could meet up with. me and my buddy are going to be taking are dogs down to watch if we can't run them. mine is going to be 3 days sort of being 6 months old and the akc rules say they have to be 6months old to run in hunt test.

You can run simpson, this is a "fun" hunt. Not a sanctioned event. We've been putting in a LOT of work getting the grounds ready etc. We'd love to have you run your pup!!!! Should be a great event!!

my buddy has a boykin will he be allowed to run her too. i'm really looking forward to the hunt test it will be the first one i've been to.

As long as she will retrieve birds she can play!!! I'd like to see her, I've never been around a boykin up close.

she is little she is alittle over a year old and less than 40lbs. she is a cool little dog and she's gotta alot of drive.

simpson, how did the pooch run??
You guys must have just run scheniro "A" I was throwing live-flyers for the scheniro "B" crew.
I'm dissappointed Cooper couldn't run, I really wanted to have the double excitement of the hunt test + the live birds to deal with. Oh, well.
Thanks for coming out and jioning in the fun. Let me know if you ever want to get together and triain.......

she did alright for her age. she isn't used to that long of retrives yet. on the live bird she didn't know what to do. she hasn't been around calling and guns to much yet so that through her of a bit. i was happy with how she did we had a good time.
