The 'cat would be all you would need to dig that out about 2' deep...... You might wanna talk to Art and see if he could train some of his ducks to use your pond.  Well looks like my plans have changed. With what I just saw on my way to Home Depot, there's every bird in Central IN w/in 3 miles of my house...Looks like you boys better bring some shovels ;D. Art, I know you pretend to be in shape; we'll have a shade tree with a lawn chair there for you when you tire out. |

Miles of crows again tonight. I'll see if I can't get a place to hunt them this weekend.
Tom....as for digging for sure I'll take a lawn chair and snoopervise the dig. I do recall I was an engineer at one time. I feel like an old buck by the end of rut, I'm all but done in by the end of goose season. Next years going to be different though. I got me a new 4x4 ATV and a trailer to haul the sucker. Ain't no more carrying decoys and blinds for me. So when I retire the end of this year I'll be able to hunt EVERYDAY while you all are working.

Art....I'm only a couple of years from my little baby girl being in Kindergarten, and by that time it will be all day K.......so I'll be free as a bird on Wed-Thur-Fri so we can hunt like mad-men!

Art Tim I'm a phone call away!!! Killing crows ROCKS!!!! I've seen plenty of crows this past weekend and I even got the call all charged up. But after being out in the weather Saturday morning picking up my ATV and trailer I just couldn't get myself out to see about getting permission to hunt. I may go this week and hopefully have a spot for this weekend. Send me your phone number. |
