Trade hunting ground???

I am done with deer hunting. Just isn't fun for me anymore. Here's what I have to offer. Washington county indiana. Right around 300 acres. All woods. Also have a 3 acre lake that is full of bass, crappie, and hybred bluegill. Every year I have hunted it I have taken a buck of 140+ calliber. The largest we have taken was 176. Don't put a whole lot of effort into it. Rattle antlers enough and eventually the one you want will appear. The farm is flat loaded with turkey also. We flush several grouse out each year too. More tree rats than you could ever shoot. That all being said it isn't field hunting. The farm has been logged and it is some thick and steep ridges. But it holds deer and some very nice bucks. There are two guys that hunt it now and they are trophy minded hunters. Those standards will not be held to you. The only thing asked is that you don't try to kill the county quota of does. Say three and call it good. I have talked to the landowner and he has agreed to let me allow ONE person to hunt it without me. That means ONE person. Not one and a little later, "hey can i bring so and so with me." Heres what I am looking for. I need land to run my beagles on. Prefer around henry or madison county or counties around. I don't want a little fence row either. I'm not big on shooting rabbits but will kill some to let the dogs chew some fur. Property has to hold bunnies. I want to hunt it and run year round. That does mean during deer season too. I know what I have in the land and the land would go for a steep price if someone had to lease it. Long shot but let me know. I can text some pictures of the bucks and turkey killed off of it if someone is interested.
