Hello forum, I am looking for a deer hunting lease for the 2013-2014 season. We pay top dollar for good property and are very experienced hunters that will sign a waiver for the land owner to protect them from any liabilities. I live in Northwest Indiana but am willing to travel a few counties away. If anyone knows of a decent piece of property that is available, please let me know. I have a compact tractor with a tiller that works great for prepping ground for food plots up to an acre or two and I am willing to prep your ground as a finders fee. Thanks!

Many landowners wont accept waivers anymore and require insurance. Send Timex (member on here) a PM and he could prolly hook you up or send you in the right direction.

I will check into that info. Just sux all of our leased land in Laporte is being eliminated due to a new rail system being put in. The 65 acre I have been hunting for years is falling victim to this rail. Oh well I guess. I can use a piece of land as small as 20 acres with one person or as big as 1000 acres and about 7 people that pay very good money depending on land quality. We too like many others respect the land and land owners. We properly manage the deer population and quality of bucks. Thanks for the info!
