Hey all. Name's Dan (duh) from Fort Wayne, IN. New to the board and new to hunting in general. Last I went hunting was 25 years ago with my stepdad for squirrel. Looking to get back, if you can call it that, into the sport. My wife, being the phenomenal lady she is, bought me a Bear Encounter bow for Christmas. Not planning on rushing things but am planning on next season for sure. Honestly, not looking to stock my freezer but going to try to stock the freezers of needy families. Any advice or anything will be great. Going to stick to bow hunting though for now. I've always been one to pursue a challenge. Glad to be here and can't wait for next season.
