I have a LTL but I'm not sure if I need an Indiana waterfowl stamp? I have my HIP# and Federal Duck Stamp already. Thanks!!

Not much of a waterfowler, but I thought the state stamp was included with the lifetime comprehensive hunting license?

Indiana stamp is included in lifetime comprehensive hunting license. Only need the federal stamp
